Master Elite® Certification is GAF's factory certification program that provides ongoing training to roofing contractors. With only 2% of all roofing contractors qualifying as Master Elite®, customers know their roof will be completed professionally.

James Hardie Contractor Alliance Member

The James Hardie Contractor Alliance Program is designed to match homeowners with professional contractors from around the country, who are trained and available to help you meet your needs for siding repair and replacement. In an effort to provide the highest level of service, customer satisfaction surveys are initiated on every James Hardie project installed by a Preferred Contractor using GuildQuality—a 3rd party customer satisfaction surveying service.

Certainteed 5 Star Contractor

CertainTeed is North America's leading brand of exterior and interior building products, including roofing, siding, fence, decking, railing, trim, insulation, gypsum and ceilings. To qualify as a CertainTeed 5-Star Contractor, a contractor must successfully complete continuing education and maintain a high rating with the BBB.

Andersen Premier Certified Contractor are true craftsmen who are hand-picked by Andersen and receive product training and installation resources. Thermo-Seal's expertise and experience allows us to capture the vision for your home and provide the right products for your project.

Better Business Bureau (BBB)

BBB maintains Business Reviews on more than 4.5 million businesses and rates them based on complaint histories, responsiveness to customers, licensing, legal and government action, and other factors. Only Accredited Businesses that meet the BBB Code of Business Practices are permitted to display the BBB logo in their marketing and place of business.

EPA Certified

EPA's Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Rule (RRP Rule) requires that firms performing renovation, repair, and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child care facilities and pre-schools built before 1978 have their firm certified by EPA (or an EPA authorized state), use certified renovators who are trained by EPA-approved training providers and follow lead-safe work practices.

Vinyl Siding Institute Certified (VSI)

The Vinyl Siding Institute, Inc. (VSI) is the trade association for manufacturers of vinyl and other polymeric siding and suppliers to the industry. Becoming VSI Certified provides a strong understanding of vinyl siding installation and industry recognized installation standards.
